Windows 7 Library Tool
The libraries are a new addition in the latest Microsoft operating system Windows 7 They have developed mainly from the My Documents folder, which by the fact that they were lined limited to an absolute position on the computer system. A command line tool is usually not the most convenient option because most users prefer to use graphical user interfaces.
